A new Miss Ireland was crowned last weekend and has since had to step down due to age issues. Most blogs and websites have been covering all the celebrations, scandals, crowning and re-crowning. You may be surprised to read, but this isn't another one of those posts - this is a post about the now former Miss Ireland, Holly Carpenter. It was so nice to meet Holly and I know there will be more BIG things to come for this stunning girl.
