Achieve our "Spring Summer Trends Shoot" makeup looks!

After seeing the fab results of our recent photoshoot, with Kath Oniszk Photography, Elaine Scully Styling, and the beautiful Marie Esmonde modelling (see Elaine's post for styling tips and pics), I thought I'd give you some tips on how I achieved Marie's flawless look!

Perfect for Spring/Summer, this simple look involves minimal makeup. Keep the foundation natural and sheer, with a touch of peachy blusher on the cheeks. The focus here is luscious glossy lips - use a peachy pink lipliner, and dab on some lipgloss, mainly on the centre of the lips for a plumping effect.
Under her shades, I kept Marie's eyemakeup minimal, blending neutral eyeshadow colours, a smudge of brown kohl along her top lash-line, and finish with a lick of mascara.

For this gorgeous natural look, keep the foundation same as above. I used a natural pink toned lipstick with a soft sheen - not glossy. Warm brown eyeshadow tones compliment her blue eyes. Keep the colour on the lids light and blend the brown along the socket lines for depth.

To glam it up, I changed Marie's lip colour to deep fuschia pink. Use a strong lip liner and fill in the entire lips, following the natural lip line. Then apply some lipstick in the same colour.
I added mascara top and bottom, some strip false lashes and black liquid eyeliner along her top lash line, keeping underneath her eyes bright and natural. I finished with a pink blusher with a slight shimmer along the cheekbones.
