Occasion Outfit Inspiration

Ladies we always have some kind of occasion to look forward to in the near future, personally I have a big birthday in July and also a family wedding. I've no funds this week to purchase an outfit for either occasion, but guys you know me I love browsing for outfit inspiration and putting together looks funds or no funds. Check out this floral midi dress from ASOS I'm loving the floral print and the gorgeous colour combinations. The subtle frill detail around the waist and the neckline is a really pretty feature and we're all loving frills this season.

The open back is very daring but hey it's summer and there's no fun in playing it safe all of the time. To compensate the sexy back the length of the dress is very ladylike and the high neckline very demure, and that's the key to ensuring you look classy is to not over do the skin we have on show.

Styling Tip
When accessorising a print dress don't choose the main featured colour, in this case go for either burgundy or navy/dark blue. This will make the colours pop in the dress. Also don't choose all your accessories in this colour or the look will be too matchy matchy. I have selected navy shoes and have kept the rest of the accessories neutral while keeping them co-ordinated.

Bag wise I found a ladylike pearl clutch on River Island for just €33.00. Pearls are a key detail this season and we all know pearls are a classic so it's a good bag to add to our wardrobes, lots of wear promised.
