A couple of weeks ago, accompanied by the very talented photographer Maria McGrail (you can check out her work at http://www.mariamcgrail.com/), I attended an intimate party hosted by Peroni Nastro Azzurro (a premium Italian beer). The highlight of the party was the attendance of Vivi Ponti, an up and coming Italian designer, who flew in to exclusively preview her Spring/Summer 12 collection, VIVETTA (yep 2012.......but as the sun is shining right now it makes for nice viewing, taking a break from Autumn/Winter trends). From August Vivetta will be available by mail order to Ireland on http://www.vivetta.it/.
