Another Reader Request: Could you recommend a classy basic business outfit for an official company photo shoot?

Suggestion: I think a business suit is a little too boring/business like. I love the idea of a flattering dress and blazer combination. Women even in official business like positions don't need to stick to a 'suit' like men would. We can have a little more fun and dress to flatter our shape and to show a little personality and also dress to suit our age.
